The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Anthony's Pete-N-Planes indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Anthony's Pete-N-Planes  reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Anthony's Pete-N-Planes is the service provider; it is also referred to as "Pete-N-Planes", "us" and "we".

Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from Anthony's Pete-N-Planes ; it is also referred to as "you".

By placing an order to purchase goods with Anthony's Pete-N-Planes Pty Ltd you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase said goods.

PAYMENT

For on-line orders, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/ Master card ONLY) via PayPal, direct debit and cheque.

The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from  Anthony's Pete-N-Planes until the full amount is paid and received.

SHIPPING

We will process orders normally within 24 hours of receiving them. Anthony's Pete-N-Planes sends most products Via Australia Post. Methods are chosen in checkout by the customer.  We offer Express, Registered or Regular postage.    Please note that we will not be responsible for goods lost, delayed or damaged during shipping.  Please contact us if you require registered post as the shopping cart uses express or regular by default.

We will only ship goods once payment in full has been received and cleared into our account. We will normally ship goods within 1 working day after payment has been received. Goods normally take up to 5 - 10 business days to arrive at your address within Australia with exception of Express post which is overnight to most Australian locations.  Delivery to Western states can take longer.  The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Anthony's Pete-N-Planes pass to you, the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.

We will endeavour to freight at the lowest possible prices to your area, or we can quote a rate prior to dispatch.  Large items such as kits will require to be sent by a courier service.  We will strive to arrange for the lowest possible cost in this case.

Postage costs are calculated at Australia Post rates based upon weight and cubic dimesions.  This is a much fairer system to you the customer then other online shops offering postage based upon item value.  At all times Anthony's Pete-N-Planes will stive to keep costs as low as reasonably possible.  After all we are modellers too so we know that every bit helps.

In order to reduce costs and allow us to provide the lowest possible prices, we do not always hold stock of some of the items listed on the web site. Sometimes we may have a particular product shipped direct to you from our suppliers or there may be a delay if the supplier does not have said product in stock. We will inform you ASAP by email or phone to what action you wish to take. 

We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Anthony's Pete-N-Planes .

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Anthony's Pete-N-Planes will make every effort to deliver on time.

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND

Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Anthony's Pete-N-Planes  within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Anthony's Pete-N-Planes owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.

WARRANTY CLAIM

All goods sold by Anthony's Pete-N-Planes come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer and will be under the terms and condtions of said manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.

Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by  Anthony's Pete-N-Planes

A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by us to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected.  Anthony's Pete-N-Planes also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.

All warranties are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused, or physically damaged.

Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods.

Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Anthony's Pete-N-Planes.

Anthony's Pete-N-Planes is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Anthony's Pete-N-Planes.  Please use registered or Express Post to protect your item from such losses.  Customers who do not use Registered or Express Post assume liability for safe and timely delivery of item(s).

DISCLAIMER

Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.  This also applies to Postage and shipping costs.
